I have enjoyed working with Madeleine in a couple different setting during the past two years. After graduating Chiropractic school and awaiting my license I worked in a busy, high volume practice. At the time Madeleine worked in that same practice as the Billing Manager. I was assisting the main doctors with exams and vacation relief.

During that year I watched Madeleine manage all the billing, insurance and past due cash accounts, the report writing, patient’s financial consults and extensive follow-up for a 400+ patient visits per week practice with expertise and efficiency. Madeleine also trained and supervised part-time employees that assisted with the insurance follow-up.

I observed Madeleine take on the insurance companies with a smile. She always was willing to learn something new and continued to update systems to maximize efficiency and practice growth. Her knowledgebase is impressive. Madeleine knows how to tackle every possible scenario be it a personal injury claim, a third party lien, a workers’ compensation case, a personal insurance or a patient unwilling to pay their deductible with professionalism and efficiency. She knows how to get chiropractors paid for the services they provide.

This is why my wife Julie and I hired Madeleine to assist us with our billing in our recently purchased practice. During her first month with us we sent her to an insurance training seminar to learn the latest methods of getting paid for the services we provide to our patients. She returned energized and ready to implement the new skills she had acquired. Madeleine eagerly shared and trained the rest of the team on these new procedures. She is a fast learner and has a talent for taking in new information and making it work for her. The new system is already paying off just little over one month after implementation.

Madeleine also partook in the interview process, hiring and training of our front desk receptionist. She provided phenomenal support to the practice by quickly training our CA on the “ins and outs” of greeting and scheduling patients. With Madeleine’s supervision and training our CA was comfortable managing patient flow on her own within just a few weeks.

Madeleine is a great asset to our practice. Her extensive experience and knowledge of all the different aspects of the chiropractic practice has been of great value to us and our office. She makes herself available to the rest of team when any questions arise and is quick to respond with answers and information even when she is not in the office. You can easily tell that she is invested in our success.
