Health Chiropractic Saturday, July 19, 2003 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to recommend the skills and talents of Madeleine Silva. I have been practicing in the Monterey Bay for 7 years and have known Madeleine for 9 or 10. Over the years I have seen at least 3 chiropractic offices flourish while she was there. Madeleine has generously assisted me whenever I have had need to ask for her help. I have always wished that when I needed an office manager Madeleine had been available and that when Madeleine was available for such a position that I had had the need. While the timing was never right for this there is, nevertheless, nothing I would have enjoyed and benefited more from than to have Madeleine on staff. Madeleine has a combination of skills, talents, and personal characteristics that makes her a jewel of an asset to any practice whether as a staff member or as a consultant. Madeleine has the highest degree of integrity that one could wish for personally and professionally. I trust her completely and absolutely. She is completely honest, tells it like it is with a great deal of love, and has the capacity to plot out the necessary steps to meet the goals of any principled doctor wishing to set up a practice from scratch, improve the function of an office already up and running, increase collections, and/or increase practice volume. Madeleine has a thorough understanding of every aspect of a chiropractic office. She is detail oriented while being able to keep the big picture clear. She has phenomenal organizational skills. She is also an excellent communicator. Madeleine’s deep understanding and affinity for the chiropractic principals that form the foundation of our profession together with her business and organizational skills and her talent for implementing effective structure are the ideal constellation for a chiropractic practice consultant.
